1. Integrated Double-Tank Structure, Streamlining Operation Process
Adopting an integrated design of "cleaning tank + drying tank", there is no need for additional workpiece transfer, realizing a closed-loop process of "oil stain removal - drying and setting" with a single equipment. Compared with split-type equipment, it saves the transfer space in the workshop, shortens the process time, and is especially suitable for the continuous processing of small and medium-batch workpieces.
2. Specialized Performance of Double Tanks, Adapting to Diverse Needs

  • Cleaning Tank: Equipped with an adjustable ultrasonic system (power/frequency optional on demand), it can accurately remove dirt for different pollution types such as heavy oil stains on hardware parts and micro-dust on electronic components. Combined with temperature control from room temperature to 95℃, it enhances the activity of the cleaning agent and improves the cleaning precision.

  • Drying Tank: With a wide-range temperature control from room temperature to 150℃, it is suitable for workpieces made of different materials such as metal and plastic, avoiding high-temperature deformation or residual water marks, and balancing drying efficiency with workpiece protection.
